How It Works
Simple Process. Expert Hands.
Step 1: Upload Your Files
Gerbers, drill files, stackup spec. Describe impedance requirements, material preferences, and quantity.
Step 2: Engineering Pre-Audit
A human CAM engineer reviews your files within 12 hours — stackup feasibility, impedance, via structure, DFM issues.
Step 3: Production
Engineering sign-off → production queue at our certified partner facility. Confirmed lead time, not an estimate.
Step 4: Quality Documentation + Delivery
Impedance test reports, material traceability certificates, IPC inspection records. DHL/FedEx to your door.

Certified Manufacturing Network
Shenzhen's premier facilities for complex PCBs
AtlasPCB sources through our Industrial Competency Partner Network. Certifications include ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and military-grade process standards.Built for complexity
Our partner network serves aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial electronics — from high-layer FR4 to advanced RF laminates.
ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certified
Military-grade process standards applied to every order, including your 5-piece prototype.
Dedicated partners, not a broker
We know our partner facilities' capabilities in detail. Your order isn't routed to whoever has spare capacity.
12-Hour Engineering Pre-Audit
Human review, not just automated DRC
If we find something, we email you with a specific question or recommendation. We never modify your files without your knowledge.RF & high-frequency
Laminate availability, microstrip/stripline geometry, via stub resonances, back-drill feasibility.
HDI boards
Via stack manufacturability, capture pad sizes, via-in-pad reflow requirements.
IPC Class 3
Annular ring vs. Class 3 minimums, copper thickness in plated holes, documentation.
All boards
Stackup vs. impedance spec, material substitution check, DFM issues.
What Engineers Say
Real feedback from engineers who've worked with AtlasPCB.
" I've been burned twice by board houses that silently substituted my Rogers material with FR4 composite. AtlasPCB sent me a material CoC before I even asked. "
RF Systems Engineer
Defense contractor startup
" My HDI board had a stacked via structure that online board houses kept rejecting. AtlasPCB's engineer emailed me with a specific question, confirmed the build was feasible, and delivered boards that matched spec. "
Hardware Engineer
Medical device company
" I needed 3 prototype boards. Every other option wanted 50 minimum. AtlasPCB did 3 boards with no attitude and included an impedance test report I didn't even ask for. "

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ordering complex PCBs.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One piece. No exceptions and no premium for single-piece orders beyond standard setup costs.
How long does production take?
Standard: 10-15 business days from engineering sign-off, plus 3-5 days DHL/FedEx shipping. Expedited 7-day builds available for most board types.
What boards are NOT a good fit?
Simple 1-2 layer boards where the only priority is lowest price. We are optimized for boards where engineering precision, material quality, and getting it right the first time matter.
Where can I get Rogers PCB in small quantities?
AtlasPCB specializes in Rogers 4003C, 4350B, and 5880 with no MOQ. We verify laminate availability before confirming and include material certification with every shipment.
What file formats do you accept?
Gerber RS-274X (preferred), ODB++, IPC-2581. Include drill files, board outline, stackup spec, and impedance requirements.
What if there's a quality problem?
We are accountable. If boards fail to meet spec, we work with you and our manufacturing partner on root cause and resolution. You're not left negotiating with a factory in another language.
How do I verify the laminate is what I specified?
Every shipment includes material traceability. If you spec Rogers 4350B, you get a certificate of conformance with the laminate lot number. Standard, not optional.
Can you do any-layer HDI?
Yes. 1-3 stage HDI with blind/buried vias, stacked microvias, and any-layer structures. Submit files for free engineering pre-review.
