Your Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all design files, Gerber files, BOMs, schematics, and other materials you upload to AtlasPCB. We claim no ownership of your designs.

We treat all customer design files as strictly confidential:

  • We use your design files only for manufacturing your order
  • We will not share your designs with any unauthorized third party
  • We will not reverse-engineer, copy, or use your designs for any other purpose
  • Files are stored securely with access controls
  • Files will be deleted upon your request (subject to legal retention requirements)

Our Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, page layouts, and underlying code — is the property of Atlas PCB or its content suppliers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress in any manner that is likely to cause confusion
  • Frame or mirror any part of this website without prior authorization

Third-Party Intellectual Property

  • Your designs do not infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, or trade secret
  • You have all necessary rights and licenses to have the designs manufactured
  • You will indemnify AtlasPCB against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement in your designs
