Atlas PCB ships custom-manufactured PCBs worldwide. This policy explains our shipping methods, costs, timelines, and your responsibilities.
Manufacturing Time
Before shipping, your order goes through manufacturing:

Lead times begin after order confirmation, payment, and Gerber file approval. Complex designs or special materials may require additional time.

Transit times are estimates from the date of shipment (not order date) and do not include manufacturing time. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination country
- Selected carrier

Exact costs are shown during checkout before you complete your order. No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All Atlas PCB orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance are included in your checkout total. You pay once — no additional charges upon delivery.
We handle:
- Import duty calculation based on your destination country
- VAT/GST payment where applicable
- All customs clearance documentation
- Accurate commercial invoices with HS Code 8534.00

Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent to you via email once your order ships. You can track your package:
- On the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, SF Express)
- In your Atlas PCB account dashboard
Shipping to Restricted Countries
We cannot ship to countries or regions subject to comprehensive international sanctions, including but not limited to:
- Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria
- Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions
- Other destinations as required by applicable law

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged in Transit
- Report within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Photograph the damage and original packaging
- Email support@atlaspcb.com with photos and order number
- We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund — see our Refund & Return Policy
Lost Shipments
- If tracking shows no updates for 15+ business days, contact us
- We will work with the carrier to investigate
- If the package is confirmed lost, we reship or refund at our cost
Insurance
DHL, FedEx, UPS, and SF Express shipments include basic insurance coverage. For high-value orders, additional insurance can be arranged — contact us before placing your order.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Terms and conditions for free shipping promotions will be communicated at the time of the offer.
