What is the minimum order for PCB prototypes?

How fast can I get prototype PCBs?
Standard 2-layer prototypes ship in 5 days. 4-6 layer in 7-8 days. HDI prototypes in 8-14 days depending on complexity. Rush options available for most board types.
Do you review my design before fabrication?
Yes. Every prototype order includes free engineering DFM review within 12 hours. We catch manufacturability issues before they become expensive respins.
What file formats do you accept?
Gerber RS-274X (preferred), ODB++, IPC-2581. Include drill files, board outline, stackup spec, and impedance requirements if applicable.
Is prototype quality the same as production?
Yes. We use the same IPC Class 2/3 manufacturing processes for prototypes and production runs. No quality shortcuts on small orders.
Can I order prototypes of complex boards (HDI, RF)?
Absolutely. This is our specialty. We prototype HDI up to 4-step, Rogers/PTFE RF boards, and rigid-flex — boards that other prototype services reject.
