Solder Paste Inspection (SPI)
Every paste deposit is measured for volume, area, and height before placement — catching solder defects at the source, not after reflow.
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
Post-reflow AOI on every PCBA order as standard, verifying placement, polarity, and solder-joint quality across the whole board.
X-Ray Inspection
BGA, QFN, and other hidden-joint packages are X-rayed to confirm ball collapse, voiding, and alignment you cannot see optically.
ICT & Functional Test
In-circuit test, flying probe, and functional test to your supplied fixture or protocol — validating the assembly actually works.

One order runs the full line — file review, sourcing, placement, soldering, inspection, and test. Here is what happens on our floor, and the checks that keep our defect rate below 0.3%.
BOM & File Review
We review your Gerber set (RS-274X, ODB++, or native CAD), BOM, and centroid pick-and-place file — flagging obsolete or long-lead parts and Do-Not-Populate markers before anything is ordered.
Component Sourcing
Procurement from authorized distributors — Digi-Key, Mouser, LCSC — with vetted alternates. Consigned and partial-consignment parts are received and kitted against your BOM.
Stencil & Solder Paste
A laser-cut stainless stencil (nano-coated for fine-pitch) is produced, SAC305 or Sn63/Pb37 paste is printed, then verified by solder-paste inspection (SPI).
SMT Pick & Place
High-speed placement of 0201-and-up passives, fine-pitch QFP, and BGA at ±25µm accuracy across single- or double-sided boards.
Reflow Soldering
Nitrogen reflow with a profiled thermal curve forms consistent, low-void solder joints across mixed thermal-mass components.
AOI & X-Ray
Automated optical inspection checks every joint; BGA and QFN packages are X-rayed for hidden-joint voiding and alignment.
Through-Hole & Selective Wave
DIP components, connectors, and power devices are hand- or wave-soldered, with selective wave soldering for mixed-technology boards.
Functional Test & QA
ICT, flying-probe, or customer functional test to your protocol, a final IPC-A-610 visual check, and optional conformal coating before boxing.
Order Preparation
What to provide for a PCBA quote
A complete file package gets you an accurate quote and a smooth production run. Send your full fabrication Gerber set — copper, soldermask, silkscreen, drill, and outline — in RS-274X, ODB++, or native CAD. Pair it with a BOM (Excel or CSV) listing reference designators, manufacturer part numbers, quantities, package types, approved alternates, and Do-Not-Populate markers.
Include a pick-and-place centroid file with X/Y coordinates, rotation, and side for every component (most CAD tools export a .csv or .pos), and specify any functional-test protocol, ICT fixture availability, or acceptance criteria beyond standard AOI. Adding test points to your layout makes testing faster and cheaper.
