Export Compliance
Effective Date: April 15, 2026
Atlas PCB is committed to complying with all applicable export control laws and regulations. This page outlines our obligations and your responsibilities as a customer.
Overview
Printed circuit boards (PCBs) and related technologies may be classified as dual-use items that are subject to export control regulations. While standard commercial PCBs are generally not restricted, certain advanced specifications or end-uses may trigger export control requirements.
Applicable Regulations
Our operations are subject to the following export control frameworks:
- U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) — Administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)
- EU Dual-Use Regulation — (EU) 2021/821
- Hong Kong Strategic Commodities Control — Import and Export Ordinance (Cap. 60)
- Wassenaar Arrangement — Multilateral export control framework
- China Export Control Law — Effective December 1, 2020
Restricted Destinations
We do not ship to countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions, including but not limited to:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea (DPRK)
- Syria
- Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
This list may be updated to reflect changes in international sanctions regimes. Additional restrictions may apply to specific products, technologies, or end-users.

You may not use Atlas PCB products in connection with:
- Nuclear weapons or nuclear explosive devices

ITAR Notice
We do not accept ITAR-controlled designs.
The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) restricts the export of defense-related articles and services. If your PCB design is subject to ITAR, you must use a manufacturer registered with the U.S. Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Atlas PCB is not ITAR-registered.
