Why Megtron 8?
224G Ready
Validated for 224G PAM4 channels up to 12 inches. The loss budget headroom that Megtron 7 cannot provide at these data rates.
Thermal Stability
Tg above 200°C with Td above 400°C. Survives lead-free reflow profiles with margin for multi-lamination HDI builds.
Mixed Dielectric
Combine with Megtron 6 or standard FR-4 on non-critical layers. Keep cost controlled while preserving performance on 224G channels.

Fine-pitch pad detail under a 224G package. Anti-pad geometry and back-drill depth matter as much as the laminate at these rates.
Finished modules packed for shipment. Megtron 8 is an allocation material, so we confirm mill availability before we confirm a delivery date.
