What to Provide for PCBA Orders

Gerber Files
Complete fabrication Gerber set including copper layers, soldermask, silkscreen, drill files, and board outline. We accept RS-274X, ODB++, and native CAD formats.
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Excel or CSV with: reference designators, manufacturer part numbers, quantities, package type, and any approved alternates. Include "Do Not Populate" markers for optional components.
Pick-and-Place File
Centroid file with X/Y coordinates, rotation, and side (top/bottom) for each component. Most CAD tools export this as a .csv or .pos file.
Test Requirements
Specify any functional test protocol, ICT fixture availability, or acceptance criteria beyond standard AOI. Include test points in your PCB design for easier testing.

What is the minimum PCBA order quantity?
We assemble from 1 piece for prototype validation. For prototype runs (1-50 pcs), we use our specialized small-batch assembly partners. For production (100+ pcs), we match you with volume SMT lines for better per-unit pricing.
Do you support consigned components?
Yes. You can ship your own components to our assembly facility. We also support partial consignment where you provide specialty parts and we source standard passives and ICs. Clearly mark consigned components in your BOM.
What testing do you include by default?
Every PCBA order includes visual inspection and AOI (automated optical inspection). BGA and QFN packages receive X-ray inspection. ICT and functional testing are available as add-on services with customer-supplied test protocols or fixtures.
